Using fnr.exe from the command line, I found that searching with a leading dash (-) throws an error. For example --find "-E" fails with the error "--find required option is missing"

There are two types of UTF-8 files: with and without BOM.
Find and Replace does not seem to respect the type of file. If I replace some text in a UTF-8 file without BOM, the file gets a BOM.
